SOUTHWEST FLORIDA LOCAL NEWS

I've just begun a new approch to on line web only radio. I call it SOUTHWEST FLORIDA LOCAL NEWS.COM. What I'm trying to do is offer a 24/7 local radio news source, something not currently available in this market ( Fort Myers/Naples FLA ) The idea is to offer mostly local and state news with a smattering of National news and sports from USA network. It's not designed for long term listening just get in, hear the stories and get out until the next time, kind of a give us 20 minutes and we'll give you the world thing etc...only it's basicly local news.

It has some ruff spots but it's only been up a few days and it will get better. I'd like to hear what writers think of the concept. Thanks

I was just listening to your station and realized that a couple of the hosts that I have on my network are from Florida. One is running for the state legislature, the other is a published author who also does a weekly Internet TV program.

I don't know if you do any interviews or have any sort of local "current events" programming, but if you're interested in talking with them or interviewing either of them, since they are Floridians, let me know and I'll put you in touch with them.
