Sox Broadcast Reporter?

I heard Joe & Jerry throwing to a reporter "back in the studio" last night. Updating sports this and that. Was this the position for which WEEI was advertising? Is this the guy, or is it just a Metro fill in?

It is John Rish, not to be confused with John Rook, Jon Wallach, John Dennis, John Meterparel, John Ryder, or Jon Papelbon (sorry, don't like Jonathan for him LOL)
