Sox on EEI FM

An hour and 15 minutes into the game, Sox still on WEEI FM. Someone asleep at the switch?

I heard the same thing. I caught the end of the pre-game show and the beginning of the game on WEEI-FM. I was curious as to how long the game was aired. Thanks for letting us know!

How is the programming switched on the FM side? Does someone in Boston have to "flip a switch" someplace to put that "J.T. The Dick" Fox Sports Radio garbage on the FM during Sox games?

Also, another question about WEEI-FM: 103.7 was airing the Jimmy Fund Radiothon while 850 AM was airing the Sox game last night. (I don't know what was airing on 1440 AM in Worcester.) How come the game wasn't moved over to WRKO perhaps, just for that one night so all three "WEEI Network" stations could air the Radiothon? I ask this because some New England Revolution games are moved over to WRKO...I guess if the overlap with Sox games.

Sox are headed to 'EEI-FM next year, as it is

I ask this because some

Lately I think they've been running _weeknight_ Revs games on WEEI about midnight or so but it's possible the Sat night Revs games do air on RKO if WEEI has Sox on.
(I wasn't even really aware there were weeknight Revs games until I tuned in a few times late at nite and heard Meterperel doing play-by-play)
