Spanish at 97.7 Danville

Been hearing a strong Spanish station in the Danville area which has a good signal out to about 12 miles. I asked a Spanish speaking person what this was and they said it was coming from a church. Really with kind of signal?? And in stereo. Must be a pirate too because 97.7 is not open around here as they are jamming another station which plays country music. Just wondering if anyone else has heard it or knows what it is?
 
This is a pirate for sure...mostly on in the daytime with music and a dead carrier all night. Signal is strong only in Danville area then fades out about 15 miles any direction you drive from the city.
 
I was in Danville this morning to administer amateur radio exams. I first noted this pirate a few miles north of the US27 and KY34 intersection. As I approached Danville from the east on KY34, the signal became much stronger. It was quite strong downtown and on the south end around the Red Cross on my car radio. The programming seemed to me to be a taped revival (in Spanish)....The audio was very "thin" and distorted and also dropped out for a second or two from time-to-time.

It is a pirate the ststion has to ID in english they never do or in spanish just the name

theres not a facebook page and I don't have the addr but its right next to the Pioneer Playhouse it don't look like a church there is a tower next to the white building and cargo van
