Spanish Jesus-Cast Pirate on 97.1 FM

It would seem to fit the pattern of a New Britain pirate station (NB hoit a grand total of 3 a while back, why not another to replace the ones that are gone?), but I think it's actually Hartford.
 
It's possible. I've gotten a bit of this station in Berlin on Webster Square Road and CT Route 372, close to the junction of CT Route 9 and the Berlin Turnpike (US 5/CT 15). I had left it on, thinking something had happened to HOT 97 of New York City (I've always picked up a faint signal in this same spot).

Checked it out today, very strong on I-291 from Windsor to Manchester. Faded out around exit 3-4 on I-384.
