Spanish Liners on English Stations

I was curious if there was any benefit to Kiss or the old Hot by running Spanish liners? They both used to run Spanish liners every now and then, but within the past couple of years, it seems like they stopped. I think Hot aired theirs up until the change to the 90s and 2000s format.

Here’s one from Kiss (and just curious what’s the exact translation)?
