spanish on 103.7 ??

Just north west of boston in the Woburn/Burlington area I'm getting spanish programming on 103.7. It is crushing the jesus-y RenewFM xmtr from Saugus. Its also eliminating any slices of WPKQ, WVEI and the occasional slice of WKNE that I would receive in this area. It seems to weaken as you head toward Boston. Its probably a pirate...possibly out of Lawrence/Haverhill ?? The audio quality and level is very very good for a pirate.
 
It's on the Haverhill tower along with 92.5, 97.9, and 99.9.

The pattern of the antenna is highly directional sending everything to the SW

I was flipping by this frequency today in the car and Renew FM ran an announcement asking any listener tuned in to their 103.7 or 102.1 signals to call a number to report any new interference. I presume this is mostly about pirates but maybe they also mean this haverhill tramslater.
 
unIDs on 97.9 & 104.7?

Iʼve noted a couple of unIDs, one on 97.9 (that I think I heard ID as Boston, with one or two ads for Dorchester) duking it out with WHAV-LP, and the other on 104.7 (that I have no clue where it is...could be either Dorchester-Boston or Lawrence-Lowell).
