Spanish on 1610

I'm hearing some dated sounding Spanish singing on 1610 almost 2 hours before sunset in central Indiana...any ideas?
 
Bet you're right. I was thinking south & never considered that possibility. It's getting pretty strong at times. I guess the TIS station at Whiteland is off tonight.
