Spanish on 87.7?

I was visiting the Bay Area from Thursday to Today and I noticed that on 87.7 there was Spanish talk on there instead of the usual South Asian programming. What's up with that?
 
87.75 KBKF-LD has reverted back its previous format "Guadalupe Radio" guadaluperadio.com. However, its RDS has not changed:

PI 0x13AD "KBKF"
PTY 7 "Adult Hits"
PS "SUNO FM"
RT "Bollywood Music Fix"

and the suno877fm.com website doesn't acknowledge any change, either.
