Spanish on WDBL Springfield

I'm scanning the dial as I do occasionally on a weekend and 1590 has Spanish Pop instead of talk reruns...is this just a time-buy for a few hours like 930/104.1 WKCT in Bowling Green or did the station get sold and flip to Spanish like WYXE 1130 about a decade or so ago.

It and its sister WSGI were both sold to Sumner and Robertson County residents in November last year.
