Spanish pirate on 103.3? You've got to be kidding!

I was leaving my house in Johnston the other day and thought I was receiving some DX.  It was Spanish preaching coming in pretty clearly over Oldies 103.3 in Boston.  I then drove through Johnston west along Plainfield Pike by the Atwood Ave. intersection and Oldies 103 was coming in again.  I usually drive this way once a day and the same signal which was blocking out Oldies 103 was once again coming in strong on Morgan Ave. (I live on Neutaconkanut Hill) and started fading away as I approached the Atwood Ave. intersection.  Who would broadcast on the same frequency as another station that has a decent signal in Rhode Island?  What a stupid frequency for a pirate.

Well, these religious people think they answer to a higher power and have the right to broadcast without a license. That's JUST as STUPID!!
