Spanish pirate on 96.3?

I've been hearing a Spanish music station on 96.3 in Wilmington every evening for several weeks. It seems to go off the air overnight
then return by the next evening. It never ID's, it just keeps playing song after song. The signal seems to be either from Delaware
or South Jersey. I headed N one evening and lost the signal on my car radio by the time I got to the Concord Mall. Anyone else hear it or know what it is?
