Spanish stations and SAP

Some English stations have SAP audio in Spanish. I was wondering, do any Spanish stations have an English SAP?
It would be quite useful for Noticias (and also if someone is watching an intense scene in a Spanish soap and thinking, "Boy I wish I knew what they were saying!")

Some Spanish language programming has an English translation on one of the closed captioning streams, but not the "CC1" default. You have to go into your captioning settings for alternates, such as "CC2", "CC3" etc.
