What's with the on-going "tryouts" for noon-3? Why hasn't a decision been made? There is a point where the audience will surely tire of the Jeopardy-esque rotation of hosts with no rhyme or reason. Ellis Cannon is the clear choice in my view. Interesting, informative, entertaining, well-read and well-prepared, and would certainly bring some credibility to the station. Mangino and Moore should stay where they are, evenings and weekends, Jamal is ok, but not ready yet. Maybe use him as a fill-in for vacation relief, and bring him along to replace Marty when he retires. Ziese needs to go back to sports radio. I feel brain cells dying listening to his show. I actually just turned off KDKA all last week when he did the entire week. I like Moore and Mangino, but Mr. Cannon is definately my choice. He should have had this slot three years ago!
