Has anyone heard anything about The Wolf morning show blowing up? I have a friend that works for CC in Greenville SC and she says that one of the members of that show may be moving to Greenville to take over mornings at one of the CC country outlets. I think WSSL?
 
Sounds like a big fat RUMOR to me! Can't imagine anyone with brains leaving Entercom to go to CC, but stranger things have happened. Could be a strategic move on CC's part to get this person out of the market and put a dent in the Wolf. Of course, it could be the person in question might have relatives in that area or something pulling them that direction. Will be interesting to see.
 
Couldn't they just put the Wolf AM show on in Greenville as they continue to do the show from the Triad? Not via the bird, but maybe VOIP

Ditt - did you read the post? It said someone was leaving Entercom to go to a CC Country station in Greenville. They're two different companies. I don't think simulcasting would work. ;D
 
It's difficult because Entercom & CC are so awful and evil that it's difficult to separate them 2 in my mind

Again, you're quite mistaken. CC may be evil, but Entercom is one of the best radio companies left.

I don't work for Entercom or CC, but I have to tell you that I know a lot of people who work for both groups. The Entercom employees seem pretty satisfied to me. The CC employees . . . I pray for on a regular basis. I honestly don't know why many of them are still there, except for the lousy economy and no where else to go.
