When I heard that 94.5 had hired Spinderella for middays, I was very excited. Now I'm beginning to wonder if that was the right decision. Spin is gone more than she's on the air. Many guests have filled in since she's been gone including Debbie Denmon from channel 8 and Deon Sanders wife, Pilar. I heard she's on tour in another country right now. I wonder if Radio One thought about all of this before they gave her the gig?
 
Thats the risk of hiring working entertainers as air personalities. Being on KSOC will not be her main gig. But I am sure they knew about these other committments before they hired her. I guess having a "name" in that slot is worth more to them then having her on the air on a semi-regular basis.
 
I have to admit, I think it's cool that they're having guest hosts on there while she's away.
