Hearing a nasty rumor that Ian Martin up & quit from 610 KNML.
Who's got the scoop???

Doesn't seem like a logical time to walk away from a paying gig...unless there's a very good reason ($$?)

It's been updated because I'm pretty sure it used to reference "Morning Air-Talent". Maybe Ian Martin will be to FM sports what Larry Ahrens was to FM talk. Yikes! Uh, nevermind.

What kind of deal did he get? Wasn't he working for Gov. Richardson?

Looks like Frisch is trying to make some moves in anticipation of the FM talker. Smart move but is it to little to late? Jeff S. is a good hire but he is handcuffed by a pair of deadbeats with him. That is going to hurt. The afternoon show is pathetic waste of air time. Looks to me that Frisch thinks he can plug whomever he wants in there and it will work... Someone needs to tell Pat this isn't 770KKOB.

I think they could get away with that there, but this is a different (pardon the pun) animal.
