WDAE's Sports Page in the morning is, in my opinion, the best local live sports show in the market. Very well produced and presented. Actually, to my surprise, the news paper writers Jones and Stroud are really good and sound as if they have been in the business for many years. They don't take many on air calls, however, the ones they do take either lead into a topic or support a topic they are talking about. They are, unbiased, and objective. Ronnie Lane doing the updates is smooth as silk with good energy. The show is informative, sometimes funny, and moves at a real nice pace. It always sounds as if a lot of prep went into each morning. When they do disagree with a caller they don't chastise, they simply state their opinion as contrary to the caller. The show is very "G" rated as well.
