Sports Talk - Missing The Big Picture

tbolt909

Banned
The NFL generates staggering amounts of revenue and the
TV contracts are insanely lucrative.
There are 32 NFL teams. Buffalo ranks about #31 in terms of
market size and relevance. Green Bay and Jacksonville may be smaller,
but Green Bay has history and star power.

The Bills last playoff appearance was in January 2000.
They rarely appear in national "stand alone" games whether it's
prime time or the 4pm slot. The franchise has been bad
or mediocre for 15 years.

Nothing happens by accident when huge sums of money
and national ratings are at stake. Are the Bills an inept organization or
bad by design?

Perhaps the topic is too cerebral for the beer soaked brains of
Sports Talk listeners...

I'm just trying to figure out the point of your post - you start out talking about TV, then end it with an insult to radio listeners. Were you just upset that the Bills lost?

I listen to Howard simon sometimes but I don't drink. My brain may be addled but it's not beer soaked!

Sports radio listeners may be beer-soaked, but the RAB's data says that classical music is the only format with a higher level of education or disposable income.
