Spring Arbs Phase II

I don't think Kiss on 107.5 would make any difference. The audience, brand, and history is already there and solid. Next spring, they will be 10 years old! Wow time does fly. I remember the story on WIS when Kiss premiered and how they were the first big competition for Big DM. I remember reading in The State newspaper also that Citadel was gonna do country on 98.5 if they didn't decide urban. Imagine how much different things would of been! As far as 107.5's actual format, I would have to narrow it down to 3 possibilities: Rock, Rhy top 40, or news/talk.
