Right. Jack's had it's year as the new kid in town. That interest peaks, then the long term committed listeners stay and the showing
is certainly solid. A move toward more Classic Rock and WNRQ should keep it in the Top 2/3 for the year. I will say that there
does appear to be a bit of listener fatigue nationwide, especially on ABC Sat stations, but if Jack remembers it's premise is fresh and
never constant, it's two to three year future viability seems certain. I'd say after that, with all the changes coming in radio/music
mediums, it'll be anyone's guess. The move away from Oldies seems all but forgotten and 97.1 is heavy in talent expense and the
ratings have gotten back to falling in line with the format. SCRG did the right thing. Cumulus reacted, but that's not all bad.
