Strange; I've done it thrice before and not been chastised, but there it is in the rules. I don't know if that's a recent change or just an unenforced rule, but I've taken down the link.

V-103 is back in their normal range after an unusually high Winter book. It's WHTA that should be concerned, this is one of the lowest trends Hot ever had.
