Spurs success leads to WOAI's success...

The Spurs Championship run has definitely helped propel WOAI to number two in the latest trends.

Other trend observations...

KTFM/Jammin' 94.1 had another solid showing.
Both Country stations (KJ97 & Y100) both had great shares.
KONO dropped a little, but still a strong share for an oldies station.

What about CC other talk station?

KRPT MIA? KRPT 92.5 was no where to be found on the latest trend. How long will be until a sale, flip or back to simulcast of KSJL 810 AM happens. Anyone know why the station is in mono?

Re: What about CC other talk station?

Mono probably so it can get a little better signal into San antonio, with Talk-only format stereo is not realy needed. Houston's Talk station is also broadcasting in mono, when KXBT former KOYT was talk, they were also in mono.
Edited by jras20 on 07/06/05 01:11 AM.

Station is mono to help reduce noise and increase usable coverage area.
