Squeaky sound heard on both 870 and 1040 Khz

This sounds like something you might hear on a radiotelescope. Its been going on for quite awhile. It makes listening to WWL real difficult. Same with WHO. I know its been heard as far north as CT. Strong here in Florida. Hearing it right now at 9:40 PM CST.
11/9 Sorta sounds like turning a v.f.o. back and forth quickly on a signal.
