CBS Blew a messy load when they dumped the CHR at 103.3... Man, when they decdided to go GOLD (Which they were great as KLOU, as well), they messed up the processing and had the elements defused to make the CHR sound destorded and the jocks sound weak.. They wanted the audience to go away! That way the rating would dive and give corporate a reason to go GOLD, like their success in Philly.... Years later, they love the Adult CHR day, Hot CHR night approach.. Circled back.. Why do you think Jack is doing well in many markets? That former teen group that liked Prince, Bon Jovi, Prince, Dance tunes, pop-Rock and etc....Mixed in together, is the "Jack" music mix of today...
