St. Louis radio impression

Just one as I was passing through. The Alternative station in KC is way better than the Point. Not trying to be controversial. I actually think that the KC station is one of the best in the nation. Granted it may be because they are a smaller market. Jicks are way better, music more daring

What's a jick? Is that a new automation platform? I must know more about these "jicks!" ;)

Sounds like a southern term. I agree...KRBZ sounds much better than KPNT. They both just got new mornings shows, so we will have to see how that works out. KRBZ has a very close relationship with its listeners, so it will be interesting to see if they accept Dick Dale and company. I heard a listener yesterday giving them an on-air interview. Everything from "What's your political affiliation?" (Don't Dare Say Conservative) to "Do you like Hoobastank?" (Don't Dare Say Yes). Dick seems to have passed for now.
