Yeah...I can tell you that there is nothing planned right now at Adventure. Then again, Adventure's more Hilton-Head-ish than Cumulus or CC.
Too lazy to listen or look up anybody else.

You're spot on, Russ. It's sad, really. I may sass Clear Channel from time to time but at least you guys know the definition of the word "promotions". It seems like Adventure finds that one a four-letter word.
Of course I've lived here my whole life practically and I always laugh when new arrivals look at me like I have a third eye when I say, "No, I'll not be going to River Street for St. Patrick's Day." Look, if I want to experience all of that, I'll merely buy a twelve pack of beer and pour it on my shoes. I did the River Street thing when I was in high school, but that was before they started putting up the gates and bringing in all the Hot Dog stands and left over vendors from the Coastal Empire Fair. As I got older, we would congregate in City Market after we left the party at The Knights. Do you think that they will be doing a City Market party with all of the construction that is going on. I was in town about a month ago and there is a big hole in the ground where the parking garage used to stand. And Malone's is gone. Were they out during last St. Pat's? I can't remember... The last thing I recall from last year is running out to say hello to Jim Reed and putting my hands on a freshly stained/painted float as he tried to warn me not to do it. Hell, I was pretty drunk when I ran out to Diana Degarmo on the Kiss float.
