Standalone Urban properties

With the broadbased urban contemporary format long split in two (mainstream and AC) in most cities where such duopolies exist, there are still exceptions to the rule.

Examples of where sole urban ownership still exists:
*Atlanta - WVEE (CBS) and WALR (Cox).
*San Francisco - KMEL (CC) and KBLX (Entercom). I know KMEL is co-owned by KYLD and KISQ but KMEL is technically the only pure urban of the three.
*Orlando - WJHM, although it's urban days are behind them as of recent.
*DC - WPGC (CBS) and WHUR (Howard U)

Kansas City - KPRS (Carter Broadcasting) and KMJK (Cumulus) compete with one another indirectly except from Sunday-Thursday 10PM-2AM where they compete directly
Buffalo - WBLK (Townsquare Media)
Rochester - WDKX (AP Communications)
Hartford - WZMX (CBS), though it is rhythmic but it is programmed as a crossover urban like sister station WPGC

WRBJ Jackson, MS, is owned by Roberts Broadcasting, which owns the local CW TV affiliate.

92Q and 101.1 the Beat in Nashville are competitors. The Beat is a CC station; 92Q is a Cumulus (correct me if I'm wrong).
