A few weeks ago, I posted a message concerning Thomas J. Bruckner in which I took him to task over tubes we purchased and returned.
This morning, we received two replacement tubes from Mr. Bruckner with a very reasonable explanation for the delay. I wanted to set the record straight and report that Mr. Bruckner does, indeed, stand behind his product. Like I said, his explanation was most reasonable and he deserves your patronage.
Or, as my hero Jim Cramer would say, 'two thumbs up. . .way up !'.
