Yep, that’s right! That was just after their non-rhythmic Adult CHR/Hot AC period which I actually liked a lot. But I was one of the few.

I don’t think you guys are correct. I can recall Star going all Christmas on weekends but not during the week. Maybe my memory is failing me!

There was one year 94.1 flipped to all-Christmas two weeks before the big day which at the time was a surprise. I do not remember the year though.

WXIA-TV (11 Alive) news ran a segment on Star’s Christmas music. On it, Star PD Emily Boldon suggested some holiday music will remain between Christmas and New Years. Also, from what I’ve seen recently, Ms Boldon seems to know what she’s doing so I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt regarding the post-holiday music mix.

Star 94 is definitely in good hands. If there are any changes, I'd be willing to bet they'll be successful.
