Star 94 Nights & Sari

Does anyone know who's been doing evenings on Star 94? I'm thinking it might be a subdued (music director) Michael Chase.

It was just this past May when PD Scott Lindy awarded the evening shift to Sari Rose. She filled in during afternoon drive for several weeks from Chase Daniels' departure until Marino's arrival. When Marino was announced, Scott said Sari would remain with the station but didn't say what she would be doing. When she wasn't on last week, I thought she might be on vacation. But she didn't return this week.

The jock is not giving his name, suggesting someone else will take over the slot. So where is Sari? (Not that she's my favorite jock, but she sounded a lot better on Star than on Kicks.)

I suppose it would be easier to just email Scott Lindy and ask!
 
Don't know but to the best of my knowlege Sari wasn't ever listed on Star's website, where Marino's page quickly went up.
 
I've heard Sari quit when she didn't get the afternoon drive shift.

So as I understand it, she was happy doing weekends and happy she got the evening shift, but she left because she was unhappy she didn't get afternoon drive? If Chase Daniels hadn't left, would she still have been happy doing evenings? Where is there for her to go, at least in Atlanta radio?

I have a hard time believing she thought she was afternoon drive material in a major market. Well, hello Brittany.
 
I have a theory and it's only speculation that Sari's coming on board for nights was so close to Chase leaving that she was actually brought in to cover afternoons for a period of time, with the possibility that by doing afternoons she may have actually been a candidate for afternoons herself. Regardless, she was never listed on Star's website afik.
