WSSR-FM STAR 96.7 switched on their new transmitter at the corner of 159th and Cedar in Lockport. Their old transmitter was near
Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. The power at the new site is 3,100 watts directional, which covers much farther north and east, as well
as putting a better signal into the Naperville area.

Is anyone listening in the Channahon or Morris area? Has the signal in those area's been affected by this move?
 
I'm in Southwestern Plainfield (near Caton Farm road), and Star's signal comes in a lot better. I can also pick up their HD feed.
