I see that STAR is looking for an assistant PD. This job also includes the PM drive shift, so my guess is that the job is Steven Roy's, but the posting is just there to satisfy EOE. I just cant see them dumping a jock of his caliber...but you never know. Nothing surprises me anymore

I believe everyone else on the NYRMB just speculated that he walked out on his own accord. Given the current economic climate, I sincerely doubt that is the case.

This station has seen better days. It's an AOFR format (All Over the friggin' road) Same songs over and over and over again. Mgt. at WEZN needs to face the fact that they will never over take WEWE 108. They will be forced to change their format soon.

Must be a Cox thing. 'PLR plays the same songs over and over again too.

Wasn't a typo. EZN has been knocking at EWE's #1 door for many years but just can't get in???

Star 99.9 won't have to change their format. They come in 2nd right behind WEBE 107.9.

As long as they are content with 2nd or 3rd place, because with that all over the road format that's about all they will get.
