On Friday afternoon, Cindy of Star94's Cindy and Ray, stated she was arrested for DUI the previous night.

She stated she refused a breathalyzer test, but after she admitted to the officer she had a few drinks.

She also stated she had passed all the tests the officer put her through.

Having a hard feeling that she is a victim.

This sounds like a case for The D.U.I. Lawyer . . . http://www.theduilawyer.com/

If you are driving and sloppy drunk, shame on your sorry arse! You deserve what you get! However, this is not the 1950's and the corner Cop is not your buddy. It is all about revenue and screwing folks. Any hint of possible legal infraction in the feild incriminates you, regardless of any actual legal violations. Be prepaired to protect yourself accordingly.

I'm surprised the cop didn't give her a ticket for having a "Voice worse than nails on a chalk board!" Honestly, her voice is the worse! How did she get the gig anyway? Anyone know?

Another reason to bring O&A to Atlanta!

haha...I jest! :)

I wonder what kind of action, if any, Star/Lincoln Financial will take against her. Given that she was seemingly straightforward with what happened, I think they'll go light on her, but will give her a strong reprimand.

Since she was forthcoming about it on the air, I have a feeling that this was one of those situations where she was borderline, and the cop decided to go ahead with it. Assuming she's a first time offender, she'll most likely get some community service...and will make an example of herself on the air. She's a very nice person and will certainly do what she can to make the best of a not-so-pleasant situation.

Maybe the cop was a fan of the Bert Show...j/k....

An update from the great & powerful Rodney:

You got a point there about Joan Crawford. However, I do think it's rather harsh to compare Cindy with Joan, as we don't know what kind of mother she really is. But I'll give her the benefit that she's a good mother.

I do think Cindy will be fine once the dust is settled. It took a lot of courage for her to go on the air and admit to something that could be rather embarrassing to her, her family and Star 94/Lincoln Financial. She did own up to what happened on the air and America is a forgiving to those who admit their mistakes.

What is up with all of the radio personalities getting in trouble lately?

Who else has gotten in trouble lately? Are we talking LOCAL personalities?
