Starlink Outage

The Starlink that I use as a backup ISP is down at my transmitter. Any one else having issues? I'm hearing from others in our station groups that they are having issues too. Paul, is your Starlink having issues, wondering if this is localized to the lower 48 or west coast issue.

I can't even get to the Starlink account page. I get the response "no healthy upstream"

Finally got to the Starlink account page Dashboard for the unit at the transmitter site. It shows the unit as offline, but gives the impression it is talking to a satellite. But no internet.

Looks like the Starlink website is coming back on line. No internet of the Starlink though. Just got an update from our engineering team, just echoing what Starlink posted on X

"Starlink is currently in a network outage and we are actively implementing a solution. We appreciate your patience, we'll share an update once this issue is resolved."

Hearing through back channels that an automatic firmware update broke the GPS synchronization parameters. The satellites can't determine their position so they can't route traffic properly between terminals and ground stations. Kinda makes sense since my account page shows my terminal connecting to a satellite but no traffic being routed.

We know what Backhoe fade is. Would this be classified as Firmware fade?

we were offline from about 1105am to 245pm here
