Did anyone hear this? What a pathetic, unprofessional interview. Why would P&S not rip her apart for not disclosing how she lost all her weight? In fact they were going along with everything she said. I do not understand why they suck up to guests? If they hang up they hang up! Who cares. Radio needs to be interesting, making Starr Jones mad/uncomfortable would have been interesting

> i didn't hear the interview so i can't make a judgement on the content of it but the last line of this post widened my eyes......i've interviewed a ton of people and may have 'sucked up' a little bit in certain cases but to make a guest mad/uncomfortable for the sake of ratings doesn't make sense to me.....there is nothing wrong asking the tough/controversial questions; in fact if a guest says something controversial; why not follow up instead of sucking up......i remember interviewing a certain artist backstage years ago who was obviously loaded before his/her performance; was the correct question to ask; are you too loaded to perform????? i think the 6,000 fans driving to the show that were listening would have said "why did he ask THAT????" and may have been bummed if the answer was "yes"....everybody doesn't need to be howard for ratings.....

Because it is P & S, not Stern. P & S are classy with their guests, they make them laugh, and they get funny stories from them. Why should they rip her apart for being private about her weight-loss? They are not news media, they are radio entertainers. Not everyone thinks that ripping apart celebrities is entertaining. Some people feel that ripping people apart, trying to be ANOTHER Howard is just "pathetic & unprofessional" as you put it.

WMMR has a male-oriented format. Why do they think any of their target demo would give a wet slap about Starr Jones? I sure as hell don't...
