Starry Nights Radio

I just noticed that what I assume was intended as a radio station/soundtrack to Starry Nights at Shelby Farms is still on the air at 106.5. It's loud, too -- strong enough to hit scan at Lausanne and Temple Israel with its mix of Holiday Favorites. I can't imagine that this is Part 15 compliant.

Someone really needs to turn it off. Or, at least change the format to all Mardi Gras.
