EVB LIVE.....Has been cut to 1hr ......Will be on from 4pm-5pm , And 12News at 5pm returns with Cooney/Curtis to do the news like old times.....Watch for it......Monday.

What a loss to broadcasting. Please alert the Museum of TV and Radio in NYC to archive as much of this program as possible, ;D

Good! Maybe this will allow them to re-allocate some resources back to their weekend newscasts, which have running on a shoestring since EVB Live started.

Honestly, it was just a matter of time. EVB Live's ratings at 5pm were much worse than 12 News at 5. Now, if they would just change the name of the whole show to 12 News at 4 and give up on EVB Live already!!!

Funny thing is Cox Cable is already showing EVB from 4-5 and 12 News beginning at 5. Noticed it earlier in the week.

I assume you're referring to the Cox on-screen program guide? If so, this is presumably because KPNX informed Tribune of the programming change ahead of time (which is standard operating procedure.)

Did anybody watch 12 News Live at 5pm? How was it?

McCurtis threw a bunch of softball Qs to the Jokester, in a live on set interview
wth Joke and Mrs. Joke.

The usual "generic" answers.
