Starting Monday...!!

I love Elvis Duran... best syndicated morning show out there, would make sense he's on a lot of Clear Channel stations... but only if they go Top 40 again!

If they need an expensive voice-tracking talent who knows Bingo inside and out... I'm available, no one else is utilizing me while I'm finishing up school! LOL

When my wife was working in NYC last year, I listened to Elvis Duran on Z100. Won't some of his schtick be a bit over the line for the more conservative community?

Even Philly hates Elvis Durran... How could a city I've never even heard of like this... crap?

Rather deal with Elvis Duran than Louie G & Tanya. That show has no kind of interest what so ever.

Binghamton is not conservative... I'm sorry... I use to blame stuff on that and think it was, but compared to the places I've been living, working, going to school, and volunteering over the past 18 months, it's bleeding liberal.

If you can listen to Elvis Duran driving down I-81 from Harrisburg through the 4-states area and through the stix of VA into the mountains and on and down I-77 until you reach the Metrolina area (northern suburbs of Charlotte) then he can work in Binghamton, because that stretch is GOD'S COUNTRY... crosses on hilltops outnumber people probably 3-to-1.

Plus, it doesn't get much more conservative than Salem, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Lancaster, PA; Richmond, VA; Winston, NC... and yet he's on stations there and up and down the east coast... plus he's in cities like Bingo -- Poughkeepsie, NY and Rutland, VT.

Elvis is on 99.3 now too? What is radio coming to? :-\

In my ten years of Binghamton radio, I have been pulled into the office for the lamest things. I got in trouble with one of my co-hosts for a phone prank titled "Mom I've become a stripper!" It was a church that came down on the station and we had to issue an apology. At one of the stations we were not allowed to say "darn", "shoot" or anything that sounded remotely close or could be interpreted as an alternative for a swear word. Oh yeah! It's conservative!

I'm sorry, my 15 years in Binghamton radio. Apparently my original figure was on the conservative side.

Steve, there's nothing conservative about your figure, especially your height! :)

Yes, Star is airing Elvis Duran in the morning. No, it's not called "Now FM". It's still Star 105.7.

Star's former morning host, Lori, starts on Mix 103.3 on Monday alongside Gary Nolan.

Management in Binghamton caves to one phone call, that doesn't mean its conservative.

Remember all the outrage about Star bringing Uncle Kracker to spiedie fest? a couple years, later, when the shoe was on the other foot, no outrage, even though he'd been arrested twice between... the religious outrage stemmed from listeners of another radio show is all... Binghamton is only conservative when they're told to be by someone LOL...

Don't forget the time CD 100 tried to put Mancow on in the morning. How many days did that last?

I am sure I can as well. We listened to him for two weeks before he was perfectly tame... when we signed on that day he went offffffffffffff.... My wife called and told me if it stayed on to start looking for a new wife.... We pulled the show off the air earlier than it was supposed to go and dropped it like a hot rock...

I live in Altoona, PA where I do voicework from my home studio and operate my mobile DJ business. I still DJ a lot of weddings and parties up in Binghamton. BTW Steve, because you left (suddenly) Dave Lozzi was thrown into nights where they wanted him to change his name. That night, DJ Loz was born.
