I'm in the Channelview area and im picking up a HIP-HOP station my guess is that its ,comming from La but im not sure why the static and interferance is Univision working on the 104.9 tower? have they reduced power?
At my place just south of Austin, KXBT was blocked out by KAMA, Just wait untill the tripo really starts going!
On my HD Tuner I got KQQK's call letters but not the HD Signal while I was picking up KIXS.

I remember once a similar incident where the analog signal was KIXS and the Call letters on the HD display were KQQK and then suddenly, they just switched to KVLY, and KIXS was still coming in. That was a crazy tropo.
Another incident was KISS-FM eating up KNFX. I was a good 4 Miles from the transmitter and I received KISS FM, 30 seconds later, HD locked on. The analog faded away in less than 15 minutes, but the HD signal was locked on for a good 3 hours.
Oddly enough, I have caught KRQX-FM/Mexia over both KAMA-FM/Mo. City and KXBT/Dripping Springs at 104.9 in the last month. Not bad considering I am over 100 miles away from the transmitter located between Mexia and Mart, and it only transmits at 2,850 watts. Noticed that they have dropped "George" for "Q", but remains a country station.
