Station For sale?

I have noticed quite a few stations listed for sale in East Tennessee lately. (I know everything is for sale for the right price) Johnson City AM with translator probably WETB? WGAP & WKVL Maryville with translators. WJFC-AM & translator and WNRX-FM Jefferson City. WLOD with translator in Loudon finally got approved, I don't know how you can have your fingers in several LPFM's and own a commercial station, someone will have to explain that to me. There are several others that need to be sold that I haven't seen listed, due to being run by entities that have little radio knowledge and are wondering why they don't have any commercials being run.
