Station Name: Pulse 87 or Pulse 87.7???

Should Pulse 87's name be Pulse 87 or Pulse 87.7?

Since the station has a weak signal and is difficult to find/hear, the exact frequency would make sense.
 
People will tune their radios all the way down to 87, and Pulse will be at the very bottom. It will be the easiest station to find on an analog radio, and most digital radios start at 87.5 or 87.7 by default.
 
It's a moot point. When people tune down to the 87 MHZ range and hear dance music they'll know they've landed in the right spot.
