Probably Cuba...

(there is a classical station on 1290 in Hartford, Connecticut but it's pretty low-powered, only 11 watts at night, and I REALLY doubt it's capable of interfering with WJNO)

Who knows. This is the first time I heard WJNO. Are there any Mexcian stations on that frequency? If so what's their power?

I'm sure there are, but would have no idea of their power. I'd be very surprised if any Mexican AM station besides Mexico City's 1060 would play classical music.
