Where can one get a compilation list of how much stations have sold for in the San Diego market, based on the last time they were sold?

Look up each one in the FCC database, and read the sale contract. Or, subscribe to BIA and get most recent sale data on every station in the market. I think 100000watts.com also has this data.

Here are sales of recentexcluding multiple station sales with no individual price released.
