Really. This was done in late 1998. I was the PD of 2 stations in Indy and we contracted with the Susquehanna engineers. It's certainly possible that it has changed in all that time. When I was out there, you couldn't get near the receptionist! BTW, is Max Turner sill the Chief Engineer??
