Station Sold in Lubbock

A friend of a friend who works at a radio station in Lubbock told me that the Post, Tx station 107.3, not sure what the call letters are now, but they were KPOS back in the old days, has sold to a local buyer. He couldn't name the buyer, only that it did sell locally. Anyone have any ideas on this one?

I can't imagine they're buying it to compete in Lubbock. It barely scans in my car when I'm driving in the south part of town. Perhaps someone just loves Post and wants a local station instead of a satellite station.

I'm curious to know. If anyone has any idea, I'd love to hear about it.

I didn't know KPOS was still there? The tower isn't even there. Isn't 107.3 some version of Christian radio?
 
If Jim and Cathy bought it...just an fyi, Jim owned the KPOS 1370(?) in Post and was the original licensee of KPOS FM at 107.3
