Station sued caused by break up drama

I saw this on yahoo where a woman is sueing her ex boyfriend for making a newspaper ad which humiliated her.

The lawyer says they are sueing the ex, the newspaper, and even a Nashville radio station who put the man on the air and gave him airtime. Anyone know more about this? What station was it and what was said?

Anyone think the station is going to get off or are they going to have to pay up?

Anyone see any of the station personell going to court or testifing???
