I guess you dont read this forum too often (even though you are the MODERATOR????) Because if you did you would find that it is pretty obvious who Doc and I are.

And of all the people out there, YOU are telling DOC to deal with anger management???? He is one of the nicest people I know out there, and a very hard worker! In addition Doc and I are competitors. Doc said NOTHING that represented anger.

Director of Engineering
Entercom Milwaukee

I've got nothing to hide, Don. Nor do I need anger management. I'm not angry, simply offended.

In my opinion, you posted the original message to pat yourself on the back. That's fine - you deserve it, and I mean that. On the other hand, you didn't stop there. You went on to "observe" in a negative light, everyone else who was there. Forget that it can't possibly be an objective observation, based on who you are, but you then argue with people who present their side of the story.

This is hardly the first time your lack of objectivity has shown in a post. There is nothing wrong with that, since we know who you are. I believe it crosses the line, however, when instead of promoting a constructive discussion of the issue, you do the internet version of plugging your ears and yelling "NAHNAHNAH I CAN'T HEAR YOU" when we try to explain our actions.
______________

And so it is clear.....

Kent Winrich
Ham call K9EZ
Chief Engineer
Clear Channel

My opinions are my own and not necessarily of Clear Channel.

and for the record...

You have been critical of Entercom stations in the past. There have been a few times when you had made valid points, and didn't reply at all.

I wanted to make it clear that although I don't defend Entercom at every turn, I do when I feel it's warranted.

And of course, the opinions are mine, and not that of my employer.
______________

All good! As you probably figured out, the work at the site wasn't done until 7:30AM on Thursday. It was 8:30 before I went to bed. Sorry I missed you guys, but I needed the sleep!
______________

Are you whining????? :-D

We figured as such, and left you to sleep. An engineers job is never done.....

>>In my opinion, you posted the original message to pat yourself on the back.<<

I didn't mean it to sound that way. I was trying to start a board discussion.

This is the problem with posting here. Everytime I post an opinion, WEZY and WRJN get attacked. Why? Because I post my real name. If I posted a fake name, the stations and my objectivity would not be mentioned.

I post my opinion. Don't like it? Argue and post yours. That is what makes discussion boards interesting.

For the record, this is a great radio town. I've never met a person in the radio community I have not found to be delightful. I'm sure if we all met, we would discuss and argue radio for hours.

>>I'm not angry, simply offended.<<

Don't take it personally. I don't.
