Stations on the Missouri City stick on Aux. now?

Are the Stations on the Missouri City stick down now? I noticed I could not pull in HD (Even though my radio has forced off option turned on) but the HD signal seemed to be off. KILT and Y-100 was fading back and forth. So was KLOL and KONO..?
