Stations on the move...

The FCC changing the rules to allow changes of city of license and station moves as "minor" moves no longer requiring either waiting on the few AM "major changes" FCC windows or the FM two-step process of changing the FM table of allotments and then filing for the move. With a little free time on my hand tonight, poking around the FCC site, I see quite a few stations have taken advantage of the rules in the last couple of weeks in our neck of the woods:

Texas:
KWFB 100.9C2 Quanah to 100.9C3 Holliday -- moves this "Bob FM" directly into the Wichita Falls market. KWFB (ex-KIXC) was tragetting WF via 105.5 translator (is that still on -- looks like the FCC cancelled the translator license late last year).

KVOU-FM 104.9C3 Uvalde to 104.9C2 D'Hanis -- doesn't quite reach San Antonio though; mostly adds coverage to Hondo, etc.

KXXS 104.9A Dripping Springs to 104.9A Bee Cave -- Austin-market station gets even better coverage of Austin

KYAR 98.3A Gatesville to 98.3A Lorena -- moves it directly into Waco; co-owned KVLW 88.1 will change city of license from Waco to Gatesville (but not change its facilities) to leave Gatesville with "local service"

KBRZ 1460 Freeport to Missouri City -- moves it into Houston

TX neighbors...
Louisiana:
KCIL 107.5C1 Houma to 107.5 Jean Lafitte -- moves into New Orleans market

Oklahoma:
KNID 99.7C1 Alva to 99.7C2 Mustang -- moves from the Enid area into the OK City market

Arkansas:
KWYN-FM 92.5 Wynne -- no city of license move, but files for new facilities to add Memphis coverage

You can see the current and proposed facilities from the FCC for each station. KWFB's is available at: http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?call=KWFB. For the others, replace the KWFB calls with the appropriate calls (leave off the -FM suffix).

Anyone know of any others?
